Personality| Kakashi acts nonchalant in everyday activities but when it comes to combat some may say he has split personalities. He may seem like a sloth or a slow poke, but his speed kills. He is chronically late to everything that doesn't require importance or at least that don't require importance in his eyes. His most dominant trait is his propensity to be late. Why? Simply because due to the fact that he gained some of his old teammates traits who gave him the eye. His second most dominant trait is the need to protect his team, which he got from his father who was also a great ninja. His opposing traits are that a ninja needs to be on time but he is also lethal. I guess this means he has made his own meaning to the word Ninja.

Appearance| Kakashi stands to be about 6'1'', with white/silver hair and one of his eyes, the left is a different color than the right. He wears his Konoha head band which he has pulled down over his left eye by pulling the mask he wears up as well. He wears a green vest with a navy blue long sleeved shirt that is traditionally rolled up to his forearm. On his hand he wears gloves with no fingers and two silver guards with the Konoha emblems on them. From the waist down he wears long pants which he also rolls up his leg below the knee and the rest of his legs wrapped up which leads into his navy blue sandles.

History| Kakashi who is originally from another dimension in which he was widely known as a very powerful, and deadly warrior because of his many Justus and senses that are similar to that of a dog. He was known as a genius and hailed as a prodigy because of his age, of 13 when he accelerated to the elite Jounin rank. He was made the captain of an Anbu (Elite of the Elite used for handling advanced S-ranked missions such as assassinations) squad at the age of 14. His left eye was given to him by a fallen teammate to heal his own eye which was lost on a mission. The sharingan was root of his name all over the world as Sharingan Kakashi. As he got older he saw no reason for him to stay in the business of the Anbu and requested a demotion back to his Jounin rank.

Embarking on a new mission of S-Rank proportion he was to escort a criminal wanted in 7 countries with a tremendous bounty on his head. He was attacked but not by other ninja, by heartless who thrust him into a portal but killed his team because of the myriad of the creatures. He awoke in this world full of these black and white creatures along with a raging war which he planned to take no part in until a talking Mouse told him he would make sure he could find a way for him to return to his dimension. He didn't find it weird that the Mouse was talking because he had summoned a plethora of talking animals.

His allegiance has been decided and he has committed himself to finding his way back and resuming his life. He explained his past and now King Mickey is using him for more missions like rescue and infiltration rather than combat. Now that he has done all of these missions he will be joining battle along side his allies.

Prior his arrival in this dimension much of his past is why he is who he is today. During his childhood his father was seen as a great hero, but during a mission he decided to go back for a lost teammate,which in turn caused them the mission and Konoha greatly. He was majorly shamed and committed suicide which causes the young Kakashi was greatly different from the Kakashi we see today caused him to abide by the rules to a key and made him a jounin while still young.

Abilities|

• Sharingan[Copy Wheel Eye]
  Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
  
  
  
• Mangekyou Sharingan
  The Mangekyo Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. The appearance differs from user to user; Kakashi's and Itachi's both resemble pinwheels, while Madara's and his brother's more look like more detailed forms of the basic three-tomoe Sharingan. Those who have the potential to obtain it must make a great sacrifice in order to obtain it – according to Itachi, they must kill their closest friend. Itachi, Madara, and his brother apparently do in fact do this to obtain the original version, but Kakashi has noted that everyone he cared about had died long before the start of the series, so how he developed his own variant is unknown. And apparently, the Mangekyo Sharingan can be transferred from person to person, as in the case with Sasuke. The major drawback of the Mangekyo Sharingan is that when it is first activated, it slowly begins to destroy the eyes until the user becomes completely blind.
  
  
• Raikiri [Lightning Blade]
  Raikiri is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe, and many defensive techniques. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. This attack is mostly an assassination or finishing move based on the precision and quickness Kakashi has.
  
  
• Tsu Rakiri[Twin Lightning Blade]
  A variation of the original Lighting blade designed to kill no matter what because usually if someone dodges one blade the other will be used. If it is used Kakashi is immensely drained.
  
  
• Rasengan [Spiraling Sphere]
  Rasengan was a ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage. The technique was taught to his sensei Jiraiya, who then passed it on to the young ninja Naruto years later. Like Kage Bunshin, Naruto would adopt the technique as a signature move and make it all his own. The technique is unlike other jutsu in that it does not require any handseals, it just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact.
  
  Due to the fact that Kakashi isn't particularly good with the wind chakra needed to perform it he isn't able to use the Rasengan as affectively or as many times as a wind element user.
  
  
• Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Summoning Technique]
  A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature. Kakashi has a contract with ninja dogs.
  
  
• Kuchiyose: Doton: Tsuiga no Jutsu [Summoning: Tracking Fang Technique]
  Kuchiyose: Doton: Tsuiga no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Earth element. Kakashi will withdraw the tracking scroll from the pouch on his vest and wipe the blood of the one he wants tracked on it. After forming the needed handseals, he will slam the scroll onto the ground. This will release his nin dogs into the earth to follow their excellent sense of smell to track the targets blood. The Dogs emerge from the ground and clamp down on the limbs of the enemy and leaving them exposed to a greater deal of attacks.
  
  
• Kage Bunshin [Shadow Clone Technique]
  Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin. This technique can be turned into Tajuu Kage Bushin based on the amount of chakra remaining.
  
  
  
  
  
• Mangekyou "Implosion" Technique
  This doujutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which uses a form of the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to launch a long range attack. This technique may be a third Mangekyou skill in a trio named after mythological deities. The first is Amaterasu, next is Tsukuyomi and this may be Susanoo.
  
  The surrounding area then began to warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surround area to nothingness. The technique would transfer an opponent to another location based on his knowledge of the area. One use of the Mangekyou Implosion will result in a major depletion of chakra.
  
  
• Suiton: Suijinheki,"Water Release: Water Encampment Wall"This jutsu creates a water barrier to protect the user from any surprise attacks. It cal also be used to regain energy and can be held as long as chakra remains which in Kakashi's case may be from 2-3 hours.
  
  
  
• Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu,"Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique"
  A powerful attack that creates a huge current of water, usually in the form of a dragon, sent towards the target.
  
  
• Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu::Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
  This technique is used to create a massive blast of water. This technique is originally Momochi Zabuza's, but when he attempted to use it against Hatake Kakashi, Kakashi used his Sharingan to copy it and use it against Zabuza before he could complete it himself.
  
  
• Kakashi's Lightning Wolf Technique
  This unnamed Ninjutsu technique utilizes the Lightning Element. After creating Raiton in his hand, Kakashi will send out a wolf made of lightning to attack his target. Lightning will run from Kakashi's hand to the wolf itself, limiting its range.
  
  
  
• Ninpo Kuchiyose: Ninja Inu
  A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. The ability to summon more advanced animals largely depends upon the amount of chakra the ninja can muster to perform the jutsu. He can summon all of them or one in particular.
  
  
  
• Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique
  After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via their mouth and, utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range.
  
  
• Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique
  The user to fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent. The technique appears to require a lot of chakra to use.

Fighting Style| Kakashi is very skilled at close range and long range combat because of his vast knowledge of kunai skills and his knowledge of a mix between kick boxing and several other martial arts. His skills with a katana are notable as well.

RP Sample| Kakashi rose from his bed at the usual noon time and sat there in that same position wondering if him plummeting into this new dimension was a dream and he was back in Konoha where his life started. He wondered if there was ever a moment in time when Konoha was in trouble when wasn't there in his life-time. ''What if they are in trouble now and need me'', he asked. That alone was enough to get him out of bed and get ready to fight his way back to the ones he loved.

He walked outside in ready for anything, ''Naruto, Sakura, Lady Tsunade'', he thought of how they looked as he thought of their names. His first love was there, he remembered the was his first kiss was he remembered it all.

''How long are you little guys gonna follow me'', he asked as it was obvious that the heartless didn't know who he was or what he could do. He turned around and threw two exploding kunai at them which blew them out of the ground and into the air. He then jumped and axe kicked one to the ground while slicing through the other with the katana he carried with him. The turned into black clouds and soon enough dissipated. He continued his walk down the cobble stone passage of Twilight Town into the residential district. His trademark position being resumed as his hands were buried in his pockets.

Ok, besides the hiccup in your personality (You posted a link in the middle of a word), and the fact that you posted the summoning jutsu twice...

When I said I'd catch you if you copied, I meant abilities too. I know you did the history, the personality, all the other parts I know you wrote yourself, and I'm thankful for that. In fact, for all intents and purposes, they're all fine. However, if you're going to have so many abilities, I have to ask that you do the work yourself. Simply put the names of the attacks inside the curly brackets (You can delete the brackets, if you want), and detail what they do to the best of your abilities. Particularly, it should be mentioned under Rasengan that it isn't one of Kakashi's strong points, and he rarely uses it, or that there's a limit on how many times he can use Raikiri. For the Sharingan, we're just looking for what it can do, and to what extent.

Any skills you put here should have a definite limit on them, not just "It's unknown how many he can do". Set a limit of, say, 2 on the mangekyou implosion technique, and also mention that it takes quite some time to charge up: So much so that it would be useless in normal combat. Once you fix your abilities, and type them up yourself, all I ask is that you don't powerplay. So, once you've done your edits, reply to this post and I'll look them over again ^^.
