Nightmare Before Christmas isn't a Disney product. Tim Burton's movie was originally supposed to be from Disney but when Disney saw it, they said it was too dark, and thus refused it. So technically speaking, it's not Disney, and thus, it's not in the Disney section. It's Dreamworks, which is a sector of Disney, but if you look at all the other worlds, they come straight from Disney. Tim Burton made Nightmare Before Christmas years before it was sent out, Jack Skellington you could see in Beetlejuice and had been working for Disney for a number of years, but Disney wouldn't air it and he had to go to the sector of Dreamworks.

As for sites not putting it under Disney however, they probably are run by people who don't know Dreamworks is a sector of Disney. Like, at this point, all most major animation companies are in Disney's hands.
