Personality|
Kakuzu is a very greedy person often trailing from a mission to collect a bounty. He LOVES money and everything about it often qouting things like "The world revovles around money." His calm demenor hides his true strength.
Beside's Kakuzu's love for money he is highly intelligent and very impatient often telling Hidan to hurry while he preforms his rituals. His impatience ties into his anger which is on a very short fuse. His own anger has caused him to destroy many of his previous partners to the distaste of Pein.
Appearance|
Kakuzu has long dark black hair that falls to his shoulder's. He is always wearing a grey hood with a black mask that latches to the sides of it keeping his face constantly covered. His eye's are a strange green color and where the white's of his eye's whould be located he has a dark grey instead.
Kakuzu wear's the garb of the Akatsuki. The garb includes a dash on the member's headband, a cloak , a ring, and a pair matching pants and sandles. The cloak is jet black in color and very long. It is adurned with assorted red clouds that are outlined in white. They dance around the cloak in no particular order, and give the member's a scense of individuality. He bears the ring of the 'North' on his middle finger, and it resembles his location in the Jinchurriki Soul Drawing Ritual.
Beneath his cloak Kakuzu wears an open backed, sleeveless, blue t-shirt. He wears the standard issue blue pants, as he is dictated by Pein, that tuck into his socks. On his feet he wears, standard issue of course, the dark blue sandles the other member's wear.
Kakuzu stands at a good 6' 8" being one of the more taller member's of the Akatsuki. His skin tone is a light brown color and littered with assorted stitches. These stitches are found at every possible place on his body, ussualy occuring at a joint or halfway between 2 joints. His nails are black in color, although I beleive this is another requirement to his uniform.
History| Kakuzu was born in Takigakure, and grew up loyal to his village. When he reach the rank of Jounin he was sent on a mission to kill the first Hokage, but failed against his Kekkei Gankai based jutsu. Upon his return to his village he was scorned and put down. Do to his anger he killed the village elders and collected their hearts and stoll the villages most precious scroll and left with a hatered to his home village in his heart. This is how he came to join the Akatsuki, but his only reason for doing so is reasources.
Kakuzu was the not only one of the Akatsuki's strongest memeber's but he funded everything that the Akatsuki did, using his vast fortunes and knowledge of money to do so. Besides being the funding he was also the groups medical ninja using advanced healing techneiqes and the strings in his body to tend to their wounds. His missions were low grade normaly and he often side tracked from them to collect possible bouties.
Once the Akatsuki really became active Kakuzu and Hidan were sent to retreive the Two-Tailed Junchuriki. The did as they were told and after the junchiriki entered a mode in which she took the Two-Tailed Cat Demon's form they proceded to defeat her. Upon her defeat Zetsu took the girl away and Hidan and Kakuzu headed to the land of fire, but Kakuzu first wished to collect a bounty on the head monk in the Fire Temple. The duo made a quick stop and slaughtered the monks and killed the head monk and slaughtered the remaining monks. With that they stoped at a bounty station Hidan waited outside while Kakuzu went in. When he came out Hidan was pinned with a Shadow Possesion Jutsu, so Kakuzu attacked Shikamaru to end it. However he was told by Hidan to stay out of the battle and Kakuzu complied. As Hidan fought the group Kakuzu watched and only interveined when Hidan was decapitated. He sewed the Immortals head back on and proceded to hold off everyone else as Hidan dealt the final blow to Asuma. Before Kakuzu could kill the two men another team arrived, but Hidan and Kakuzu fended them off until Pein forced them to return and preform their soul sucking ritual on the Two-Tails.
After the ritual had been completed Hidan and Kakuzu made their way to find Naruto. The two where intercepted by Asuma's old team being lead by Kakashi. The groups fought Kakashi dealing a fatal blow to Kakuzu. Even though it destroyed on of his hearts he replaced it with another, vowing to replace his lost heart with Kakashi's. Meanwhile Shikamaru lead Hidan away. As Kakuzu began to kill the other member's Shikamaru tricked Hidan into inducing his ritual on Kakuzu and destroyed another of his hearts. With this Kakuzu summoned all his hearts back to his body and porceded to attept to defeat all of them. Naruto arrived at this point and tricked Kakuzu into being hit by his Rasenshuriken attack. This destoyed 1 of his hearts and Kakashi dealt what he thought was the final blow to Kakuzu...
As his final heart began to slow Kakuzu heard a voice speak his name. He ask the voice what it was saying, but everything that he heard was still fuzzy. When is finnaly came through loud and clear he heard "Power" and he faded to black. Little did Kakuzu know though is that his heart had pulled him into the Realm of Darkness, and he recollected his lost hearts here. He wondered it aimlessly before he finnaly found an exit leading to Hallow Bastion. Although he stuck out like a swore thumb he did his best to fit in, and allowed his body to heal. Kakuzu lies in wait for what is next to come, and searches for away to return to the Akatsuki once more.

Weapons| Kakuzu's only known weapon is the strings that are lined through out his body. They are razor sharp and allow him to extend his limbs and replace his organs. He also has a number of Jutsu he has learned over the years, attributing to different elements.

Fighting Style| Kakuzu is a very skilled and varied fighter. He can attack from a distance using elemental blast, or he can attack up-close using assorted fighting techneiqes. He has increadible speed and strenth, along with an uncanny ability to figure out how a techneiqe works very quickly. This makes him a deadly, but not invincible, fighter.
Other Information| After the battle with Naruto Kakuzu is currently unable to properly seperate his hearts from his body, and can not currently create his masked creatures to fight for him.

Kakuzu smiled behind his black mask, eyeing the inhabitants of Hallow Bastion. Of course he did not fit in well, but that wasn't the point. "Yes... Um... What exactly do you sell here?" He asked with a gruff voice, bending over to look at the small duck. "Well we sell..." the small duck kept talking as Kakuzu eye'd the shop. Useless, useless, useless.... This is all junk! Grr... Is there nothing in this place that could help me? "And this here..." The duck was still talking, "No." Kakuzu said plainly, "None of this is what I need, goodbye." He angrily walked away...

- {Water Clone Jutsu}: Utilizing the element of water Kakuzu can clone himself. These clones are capable of preforming his techneiqes and use his fighting style, but are easily destoyed.
- {Water Wall Jutsu}: This is a simple techneiqe, using water in the area. The water shoots up ward into the air and forces attacks back. This is good for blocking fire based attacks, or weapons.
- {Lightening Style: False Darkness}: Using a lightening element Kakuzu can shoot blast of electricity. He can also seperate a mask from his body to create a creature that preforms this attack, however his last battle with Naruto has left him unable to split his hearts from his body yet.
- {Fire Style: Searing Pain}: Using the fire element Kakuzu can fire a lare fireball from his mouth, or a mask on his back. He can also seperate a mask from his body to create a creature that preforms this attack, however his last battle with Naruto has left him unable to split his hearts from his body yet.
- {Wind Style: Preassure Damage}: Utilizing a wind element Kakuzu summons one of his mask to blast a wind based bullet at his foes. He can also seperate a mask from his body to create a creature that preforms this attack, however his last battle with Naruto has left him unable to split his hearts from his body yet.
- {Earth Style: Iron Skin}: Utilizing an earth element Kakuzu can harden his skin to increase his defense and strength. This does not make him invincible in anyway, and is easily broken through using a lightening element.
- {Wind and Fire Style: Infernal Monsoon}: Using both his fire and wind elements Kakuzu can fire this blast of ignited wind at a foe. He can also seperate a the corresponding mask from his body to create a creature that preforms this attack, however his last battle with Naruto has left him unable to split his hearts from his body yet.
- {Substitution Jutsu}: This is a simple techneiqe known my almost all ninja. The person replaces themselves with an object and it takes the damage in their stead. However the Ninja must have pior knowledge of it or the substitution will be off.
